Jesus's Blessing

Then Jesus said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.” - Luke 8:48

Do you see how gracious Jesus is? He takes no credit for the healing. He makes sure this woman gets tons of credit. He publicly affirms her - in front of the very crowd that would have called her "unclean!" literally minutes beforehand. And he calls her daughter - freely identifying with her as family and legitimizing her place in God's family.

What an incredible Savior we have. Spend some time today worshipping him, thanking him, and honoring him for the way he treats broken people.
