Put On Your Life-Jacket

It’s Friday - an excellent time to pause & be still as we move toward the close of another week.

I have cried so much this year

that I’ve almost drowned.

So when you see me smile

don’t think I’m no longer in the water—

understand that my joy is a life-jacket.
