Blessed are the Peacemakers

These words were shared by our elder, Louis Thaxton, on Sunday. Let them in and embrace Jesus’s favor.

Blessed are the peacemakers for you will be called the children of God. - Matthew 5:9

I see you peace Makers fishing in the blazing passion of God’s love, fishing for God’s peace and reconciliation. I see you in the middle of raging storms, fishing for hope beyond hope. I hear you questioning, but not doubting… the doubt doesn’t stick.

Listen up!

God loves you.  God loves you.

The voice of God’s overflowing love reverberates in your very soul and that echo rings right back out…

God loves you, God loves you.

Without a doubt,

life is all about sharing this calling, from deep within, connecting every thread and every weave of this divine fabric, God’s love.

I bless you peacemakers. Ministering this crazy love, it holds the universe together, holds our hearts together. It holds the very essence of faith together.

I love you, God loves you…

This is who you really are, who God really is. You’ve discovered your place in the universe. Here at home In God’s heart, ever a member of God’s family, sharing God’s love for all of God’s family.

Don’t lose heart, continue to cast your nets and show your neighbor: you are their family, we are all family. God’s family.

I see you, I bless you.

Sing out God’s Song of Love:

God loves you. God loves you.
