Easter is coming, Thank God. And yet the best way to prepare for Sunday is to really experience Friday. Consider taking a walk and pondering what it means to you that Christ died. Consider skipping a meal or reading the crucifixion story - not to shame yourself, but to get in touch with His humanity and with yours.

Take a few minutes to let these words wash over you today.

Stay a while. Do not hurry by the Cross on your way to Easter joy.
